Brilliant diagram as usual. I love Brian Solis and JESS3 for their visual thinking. This is so far, the king of social marketing visualization encapsulation. Brian has done it again. It can be turned into a cool, full-size poster. You may ask, what is "The Social Compass"? Like a real compass, it "serves as our value system when defining our program activities. It points a brand in a physical and experiential direction to genuinely and effectively connect with customers, peers, and influencers, where they interact and seek guidance online."
